Palazzo Pretorio in Sondrio offered a 17th century enviroment, very suitable to hosting the figures of the Verso la Struttura series. The seven characters, almost life size, “stepped” into the room, reaching for and interacting with each other and the viewer. As if the paintings were coming towards the viewers, including them in their composition and simultaneously extending their stage into our dimension.
